According to TMZ, Kris Humphries believes Kim Kardashian should give back the wedding gifts the guest gave to her because of the marriage being a failure. TMZ also reports that sources close to Kris say that gifts from a fraudulent wedding should be returned.It is also said that Kris gives Kim some props for filing out a check that is twice the value of the gifts to charity, but feels Kim should have made an additional contribution to returning the gifts.
Kris has told friends that he feels the guest were duped into spending their money on gifts... when Kim wasn't 100% in the marriage in the first place, and had no desire to give it a chance.
Kim insists she was truly in love with Kris and was heartbroken when their relationship fell apart.
