Britney Spears and Co-Conservator: 'Will Probably Get Married Later This Year

Although Britney Spears now calls longtime boyfriend Jason Trawick her fiance, according to Radar Online, the diva is not planning a walk down the aisle anytime soon. But the pair is making things official when it comes to Spears's conservatorship.

On April 25, Trawick will take over Spears's financial and business dealings as co-conservator -- a title that, for the past four years, the singer's father, Jamie Spears, has held. The pop star's father took control of her financial affairs after his daughter's 2007 meltdown, during which the blond beauty infamously shaved her head. Spears's lawyer, Andrew Wallet, will continue to serve as co-conservator with Trawick.

At Spears's latest conservatorship hearing, she received glowing reviews from judge Reva Goetz -- a clear indication for herself and family members that Spears is moving in the right direction when it comes to getting her life back on track.

"Britney's medical doctors think it's a good idea to see how Jason will do as her co-conservator as he is planning on marrying Britney," a source tells Radar. "The two will probably get married later this year, and not anytime sooner."

The couple announced their engagement in mid-Decemeber 2011, with Spears tweeting, "OMG. Last night Jason surprised me with the one gift I've been waiting for. Can't wait to show you! SO SO SO excited!!!! Xxo."
