Davy Jones Dead At 66 From Heart Attack

It's reported that Davy Jones suffered a heart attack at a ranch where he was visiting his horses. Davy began to feel some distress in his car and that's where the ranch hand found him. The ranch hand then told Sheriff Detectives that Davy began to complain about not feeling well and having a hard time breathing. The Paramedics were called and Davy was taken to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead.

There no sign of foul play or suspicious circumstances surrounding his death. He was 66 years old.

Davy Jones was the lead singer of the group Monkees, and came out with popular hit numbers like, "Daydream Believer", "Last Train to Clarksville", and "I'm A Believer". He leaves his 3rd wife, Jessica Pacheco and four daughters from previous marriages.

He was 66 years old.

Target Pulls Offensive Whitney Houston Greeting Card!

Target recently pulled a greeting card, referring to the late Whitney Houston by poking a bit of fun at the singing legend. It reads, "Next time you think of dating the bad boy, think of Whitney Houston. That's all I'm going to say".

Now, the greeting card has been out way before the passing of Whitney Houston, but rather it was before or after her death, Target decided to pull them from their shelves.

A rep tells TMZ, "The card was in our stores prior to Ms. Houston’s death. As soon as this was brought to our attention, we began the process of removing the card from all applicable stores."

MTV Star Snooki Lied About Her Pregnancy?

According to TMZ, sources have told them that she had good reason to why she denied the allegations of her being pregnant. Sources that is close to MTV tells that Snooki was already pregnant before she went on Sirius/XM radio back on February 1st. and told everyone how outraged she was to the suggestion of  her having a preggo belly.

TMZ was told that Snooki was taking this seriously, especially the whole taboo about her revealing the pregnancy before the 3rd month.

Seems Snooki has passed into the 3rd month as... an official announcement should be coming soon.

So alot of people have been going on about Jennifer Lopez and how she supposedly had a bit of wardrobe malfunction on stage while presenting an award with Cameron Diaz at the Oscars. Jennfier wore this very nice, low-cut dress and while she was on stage people began to notice something... peeking out?

It's been a constant debate on rather it's her nipple giving everyone a show, or it's just a shadow from the lighting.

According to TMZ, they were told by Jennifer Lopez's stylist that she is actually laughing at the whole nip-slip drama. Rob Zangardi, the one who personally zipped her into the dress that night and then helped her into a another low-cut number after the show, told TMZ that there was no way anything could have slipped that night.

Both Zangardi and a fellow stylist, Mariel Haenn, informed Lopez about the how drama during the outfit change and she simply laughed it off. Rob then tells TMZ that Lopez assured the team that she was packed tight in that dress that nothing could have possibly slipped.

Octomom Gets her Driver's License SUSPENDED

As TMZ reports, the infamous mother of the twin Oct-tuplets, Nadya Denise Doud-Suleman, or known as the Octomom has gotten her Driver's license suspended. She got a ticket for driving on the wrong side of the road on a one-way street in Beverly Hills last September and never showed up in court nor did she pay the ticket by December 20. So, they suspended her license.

So... No license and you have eight children to raise? We'll leave it at that.

Bruno Mars Prosecutor Got 9 Months In Jail!

TMZ reports that the Las Vegas attorney who prosecuted Bruno Mars and Paris Hilton for cocaine just got 9 months in jail for a drug case of his very own! The former Deputy District Attorney David Schubert struck a plea deal after the police found $40 bucks worth of coke and an unregistered pistol in his car last March.

With head hung in shame, Schubert was given a 9 month jail sentence, with the Judge even calling him a "disgrace to his oath as a prosecutor and lawyer". The irony about this all is that Bruno nor Paris serve one day in jail with their cases, but this guy got a full 9 months.

Schubert has until March 12 to turn himself in so the sentencing can begin.

Madonna Didn't Change 'Girls Gone Wild' Title Because of Joe Francis

TMZ reports that Madonna's manager, Guy Oseary, says that Madonna's song "Girls Gone Wild' off of her new album wasn't changed because of the threats 'Girls Gone Wild' creator Joe Francis gave to them. In fact, they changed the song title to 'Girl Gone Wild' because that's how Madonna sings the song.

Oseary also tells TMZ that he finds it laughable that Francis claimed victory after allegedly sending Madonna a cease and desist letter, ordering her not the sing her new single 'Girls Gone Wild' at the Super Bowl. TMZ also broke that story as well.

As for changing the new single, 'Girls Gone Wild' was not the only tweak made to the album. They have been making several changes to the album for weeks, as well as other song titles.

It's also silly for Francis to even get all huffy about the 'Girls Gone Wild' title anyway. Oseary scoffs at the claim that Francis owns the title simply because there have been other artist to come out with the same 'Girls Gone Wild' title for there songs. There have been 50 records named as such.

The funny thing about this all? Madonna has no clue who Francis is and she's completely unaware that he has been making threats.

Chris Brown's Sing A Long To Rihanna's 'We Found Love"

TMZ has footage of Chris Brown singing along to a Rihanna song on stage at Club Vain Sunday night during an NBA All-Star weekend finale party.

Chris was hanging on the main stage until Rihanna's hit single, "We Found Love" began to bump through the speakers and he decided to begin singing along to it.

Recently, it has seen that both sides have reconciled and moved on from what happened years ago. Earlier in the month as well, the two collaborated on two song remixes.

Gerald Butler Back In Action!

A more refreshed and good-looking Gerald Butler has hit the Vanity Fair Oscar Party on Sunday, just after leaving rehab two days ago. According to TMZ, Gerald spent about three weeks in treatment after he realized his dependency on prescription medication.

TMZ also broke the story on his pain meds usage to deal with the pain caused by the intensive physical training to get in shape for the filming of "300" and also after he injured himself in a surfing accident while filming, "Of Men and Mavericks" back in December.

Cissy Houston Seeking 'Closure'

 Whitney Houstons mother, Cissy Houston has got some unfinished business to attend to. Sources has told TMZ that she's planning to go back to the 434 room of the Beverly Hills hotel to where her daughter died, all to see if she can gain some closure with Whitney's recent death.

According to the sources close to Cissy, she wants to go to the hotel to reestablish the spiritual connection with Whitney in order to come to terms with her sudden death. TMZ has been told that she's going to pray, have some quiet, thinking time in the space and as one source put it, Cissy "will not be at peace until she gets closure."

It's still unclear when she wants to go to the hotel but according to TMZ it will be soon. She's currently planning out the logistics.

'Berenstain Bears' Creator Died at 88

Jan Berenstain, the children's book legend and co-creator of the Berenstain bears, according Jan's son has died Friday at 88 years old after suffering a stroke. She had the stroke on Thursday and then died the following day.

You all remember the Berenstain bear family, right? Well, Jan's Husband, Stan Berenstain created the Berenstain bears together back in 1962 when they published their first book, "The Big Honey Hunt". Even since, they have come out with over 300 books since then.

Stan died back in 2005 at the age of 82. They are survived by their sons and four grandchildren.

Jim Jones Maced And Arrested!

Rapper Jim Jones was involved in an insane brawl last night in Connecticut in which resulted in him being arrested and maced. Source close to Jones told TMZ that it took five cops and a bit of mace to take the rapper down. The sources also said that Jim Jones was walking through the casino after a party hosted by Diddy at the MGM Grand in Foxwood. TMZ sources then report that a guy, who seemed intoxicated, walked up Jones and started talking some serious smack to him.

Jones tried to ignore the guy until they guy punched him in the face and Jone began fighting back in self defense. Yet it began to become even crazier when the guy's friends went in ... and Jim's people jumped in as well!

TMZ was told Jones had no idea who the guy was or what triggered the beef the guy had for him.

The close sources to Jones told TMZ that he was bonded and is headed back home soon. 

Jones has no comment. The hotel had no comment and directed TMZ to the Connecticut State Police, and no word was heard back from them as of yet.

Dr. Conrad Murray Claims Stress Is What Killed MJ, Not Him.

According to TMZ, Dr. Conrad Murray filed legal documents stating that his manslaughter conviction should be overturned, on the grounds that the judge should of allowed him to proved that the late Michael Jackson was so stressed from his finanical woes that he led him to his death. Stating that MJ recklessly rolled the dice by self-administering a fatal dose of Propofol because of the stress he had. 

Murray is responding to the D.A.'s claims that he should stay in jail pending appeal because the grounds for challenging the conviction are bogus.

Murray takes a number of arguments, one being the most interesting, "Financial Condition of Michael Jackson." Murray's Lawyers put it this way, "Mr. Jackson was in debt approximately $440 million and desperately needed to fulfill a contractual commitment at the O2 arena in London."

The lawyers continue with, "He was on the verge of losing his entire estate to foreclosure.  The pressure to fight through his insomnia, to rehearse and be the entertainer he was in his earlier years was overwhelming."

 And then end it off with, "His motivation and resulting desperation were relevant to show a likelihood or reason to act in a manner inconsistent with good judgment."

The lawyers believe that there was an error with the judge to exclude evidence of MJ's financial struggles.

Bobbi Kristna Is Back Home In ATL

 Bobbi Kristina has left the crazy media scene of the late Whitney Houston's funeral ceremony and headed back home to Atlanta to mourn her mother in the home both Whitney and Bobbi Kristina shared together.

She arrived in town Tuesday, two days after the funeral and according to PerezHilton.com that Bobbi was being comforted by an 'Adopted Brother' named Nicholas Gordon, but no other kin to Bobbi has been invited over there.

It's really sad to hear about this whole thing going on with Bobbi Kristina. We know it's hard to lose a mother and there have been so many stories of how she maybe using drugs to coop with this hard time, even one story about her taking her own life as well. Even Bobbi Brown suggested her to go to rehab and seek help. Again, we only hope the best for Bobbi and the entire family. They have suffered a great lost and it will take time to get over it and continue to live life.

According the TMZ, Paula has been though some serious issues while she stayed in that beautiful mansion of hers over the past few years. She recently settled a lawsuit with a woman who claimed she injured herself on Paula's driveway back in 08 ... To a woman who was a fan of Paula... and  OD'd on pills and died just down the street.

TMZ also broke the story a while back that Vanessa filed for divorce back in December and TMZ was also told Kobe is trying his very best to win her back.

Rihanna & Chris Brown Are... Getting Too Close?

So from TMZ, it has been reported that Chris Brown and Rihanna are spending a little too much time together, and it seems they may be getting back together. We all know what happened three years ago and the outcomes it had after that point. Yet it seems RiRi and C-Brezzy still have strong feelings for each other.

From TMZ sources, they say Rihanna is still in love with Chris, but if it wasn't for her fans and the media, she would have taken him back ages ago.

Now the friends on both Rihanna and Chris Brown's side are doing whatever they can to keep the two apart so they can't get back together. There friends believe if Rihanna and Chris were to get back together, it was be horrible for both professionally and personally and gave the both of them this warning.

Yet will they stay apart? Or will the two string themselves back together again? I mean, you got the two singles out the ex-couple (Soon-to-be?) made together and now this?

'Seinfield' Star Daniel von Bargen Survives Suicide Attempt

Well as you read from the title, Daniel von Bargen who played Mr. Kruger in "Senfield" and Chief Grady in "Super Troopers", is currently in a hospital in Ohio, clinging to life as he attempted suicide by shooting himself in the head. It was a failed attempt, and von Bargen called 911 for help.

The conversation starts off with Daniel saying, "I shot myself in the head."and rest is just heartbreaking.

In the video, it is heard that Daniel is diabetic and after the operator asked if this was an accident, Daniel then says, "I was suppose to go the hospital and I didn't want to." Daniel then explained, "They were suppose to amputate at least a few toes."

The operator then asks where the gunshot wound was and Daniel replies, "I shot in my temple."

Law enforcement officials confirm they were dispatched to Daniel von Bargen's apartment in Cincinnati and you can hear them coming in at the end of the 911 home call. Von Bargen was then sent to a nearby hospital and he is currently in critical condition.

Britney Spears As A Judge For X-Factor!

The Pop Princess Britney Spears has been added to the list of potential X-Factor judges for the new season coming up. (Along with Janet Jackson and Fergie!) Simon and L.A. Reid are the only ones to return this season, so they are looking for two new judges to fill the spots Nicole Scherzinger and Paula Abdul. 



According to sources close to the pop star, Britney Spears has reached out and shown some interest to the show to be a part of the judging panel!


Well that's great to hear. Taking to mind how Britney has been in the industry, her success and how far she has come, she could be a great addition to the judging panel for the show. Brit-Brit could be a good mentor for the contestants for the next season. We shall see who takes the empty seats in due time!

Pilar Sanders Sues Deion AND Daughter Deiondra for $200 Million

Pilar Sanders is suing both her estranged husband Deion, and daughter Deiondra because she says they both mind-tricked her into believing she was nothing but a "worthless, gold digging h*e". So she's going after them in court for $200 million dollars.

It seemed it was triggered due to the Twitter rant Deiondra had earlier this month, in which she trashed Pilar as a "gold digging h*e" and accused her of cheating on Deion.

In Pilar's lawsuit, she claims that both Deion and Deiondra have been attacking her with various "emotional weapons" for years including dominance, humiliation, isolation, threats, intimidation, denial and blame.

Pilar also claims that the Twitter rant was an example to the humilation that they face her with and was forced to endure through her marriage adding, "[Deion and Deiondra even persuaded [Pilar] that she was and is worthless, gold digging ho*e."

Pilar also stated them using weapons as intimidation and "hurting pets". Details about the animal abuse are not explained in the lawsuit.

Pilar is demanding $150 million in punitive damages and $50 million in actual damages.

The divorce proceedings are still underway.

Lindsay Lohan Is 'In The Home Stretch'!

This morning, Lindsay Lohan was in court for her probation progress report hearing and things seem to be going well for Lohan! She got a rave review from Judge Stephanie Saunter saying "You're in the home stretch!"

Saunter was impressed that Lohan has complete her community service and therapy sessions required of her for the third time in a row. Saunter also said, "You seem to be getting your life back on track." as well, which is good to hear!

Lindsay has one more progress hearing set for March 29th in which she must complete her 14 days of community service  at the L.A. County Morgue and 5 more therapy sessions.

She keeps this up, she'll be placed on informal probation, in which all she has to do is obey the laws and keep out of trouble.

Let's hope Lindsay Lohan keeps it together.

Barack Obama gives us a little blues number at the White House event last night, singing "Sweet Home Chicago". It all happened when Obama grabs the mic to thank B.B King and Mick Jagger for performing and that's when King pushes Obama to give us a little number.

Seems Bobbi wants Bobbi Christina to go to rehab so she won't follow in her mothers footsteps. Bobbi seems to be very worried about his daughter and wants her to go seek out help as soon as possible. Mentioned on Perez Hilton, Bobbi Christina was seen getting high at Whitney's Funeral after she 'disappeared' and was found later at the hotel.

It is also said that it seems some of the family members are in denial about Christina's drug problem, but Bobbi wants her to seek help.

Bobbi Christina should go and seek help at this time. I mean, she lost her mother so of course she's very hurt over the whole situation and it could very well bring her down if nothing is done soon. The best is wished for both Bobbi Christina and her family.

Rihanna and Chris Brown Release Two New Songs! Together!

So we all know about the whole Chris Brown beating Rihanna thing back three years from now, right? How they got into an argument and one thing lead to a disaster.

Well, they seem to be getting back together... well, on two new songs.

Two new songs have been released of them collaborating, one being the "Birthday Cake" Remix and the other is a brand new verison of Chris Browns "Turn Up The Music". Both songs have hit this week with both Rihanna and Chris Brown promoting the tracks on Twitter. Though from these songs it seems to have proved the rumors that Rihanna has forgiven Chris Brown and are willing to move on. (Well that's good, right?)

According from TMZ, Brown has even tweeted Rihanna "Happy Birthday" on Twitter, with Rihanna replying "Thanks."

Also TMZ reported that Brown is currently in a relationship with another woman named Karrueche Tran and were told they seem happy together.

You know, it is about time for people to finally forgive Chris Brown for what he has done. Yes, it was very wrong of him to put his hands on a woman but he's trying to change and grow from what has happened. You can tell it's got to him and hurt his career severely... but I believe he is doing fine. Let's just hope nothing like this will ever happen again.

Chris Tucker - Never Paying His Taxes?

It seems Chris Tucker has a bit of a track record when it comes to not paying his dues to good ole' Uncle Sam. Reported by TMZ reporters, Chris Tucker's tax debt has broken the $12 million dollar tier. 

TMZ first reported that Tucker was in debt for $11,571,909.26 in federal taxes from 2001, 2002, and 2004-2006. Yet the state of Georgia filed a tax lien against Tucker for $592,594.82 for the year 2007. Adding that up, you got yourself a whooping total of $12,164,504.08.

TMZ also reported calls to Tuckers rep were not returned.

It just goes to show that even if you are a celebrity, you still have to pay towards your taxes. Pay your dues people!

Was Bobby Brown Asked To Leave Ex-Wife Whitney Houston's Funeral?

As the world mourned the loss of the legendary musical artist, Whitney Houston's, homegoing service on Saturday, February 18 at New Hope Baptist Church in Newark, New Jersey, a dispute was brewing within. Inside the 300 seat sanctuary of the singer's private homegoing, Whitney's ex-husband, Bobby Brown, arrived with 9 people in tow. Walking past his ex-wife's golden casket with his head lowered and clearly distraught, Bobby Brown sat on the front row with his family, described by reporters as an "entourage" in hopes of being close to his daughter Bobbi Christina. Brown was shortly thereafter seen outside the church awaiting his transport and visibly upset. Stories began to swirl about Brown and his "entourage" being asked to leave the funeral.

Shortly after leaving, Brown issued the following statement to the press:

"My children and I were invited to the funeral of my ex-wife Whitney Houston. We were seated by security and then subsequently asked to move on three separate occasions. I fail to understand why security treated my family this way and continue to ask us and no one else to move. Security then prevented me from attempting to see my daughter Bobbi-Kristina. In light of the events, I gave a kiss to the casket of my ex-wife and departed as I refused to create a scene."

A source close to Whitney's family tells a different story. The source told CNN under anonymity that Brown was invited with seating for two guests but instead he showed up with 10 people and sat on the front row in the family section,

"The family approached Bobby and told him that he could stay in the area reserved for family, but that his guests would need to move to a different section to make room for Cissy (Houston) and the rest of the family," the family friend said. "Bobby said no."

When Brown refused, the family asked police to intervene. Police asked Brown to move again and he bailed out of the service.

There always seems to be two sides to every story and in this case, with emotions on everyone's sleeve during this very sad occasion, each side shares contradictory accounts of what happened. One thing holds true to both stories. Brown was reserved three seats in the small church and he arrived with 9-10. No matter the occasion, you simply cannot put 10 people into seating for 3. So was Brown wrong to leave or should he have cooperated with security and moved his guests to a different row?

Brown says he was disrespected and wanted to be treated with the same dignity afforded to his wife when she attended his mother's funeral in December. Right or wrong both sides of this family are obviously hurting deeply over their loss. Prayers are needed.
